Yellowwood Construction was built on hands-on trade experience and a commitment to doing the job right. Our owner, Matt, began working in the construction industry in 2008, starting in finish carpentry and expanding into large-scale multifamily and commercial projects. In 2020, we became a licensed general contractor, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience into a focused construction company serving Long Beach, CA, and surrounding cities.
We work with landlords, property managers, HOAs, leasing companies such as Greystar, and commercial property owners who need structured solutions for aging buildings, water damage, and regulatory compliance. Our team is licensed, fully qualified, and equipped to handle remodeling, capital improvements, restoration, and SB721 compliance work.
